Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Didcot is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing online weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Didcot and the surrounding areas. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy regulations and guidelines set by the General Pharmaceutical Council.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the United Kingdom, and clinically suitable for weight loss medication as determined by our prescribing team.
You must complete our online health questionnaire honestly and accurately. Providing false or misleading information may result in your order being cancelled and could pose a serious risk to your health. We reserve the right to decline any order if we believe it is not in the patient's best clinical interest.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted health questionnaire by a registered prescriber. Completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription.
Our pharmacist or prescriber may contact you for additional information before approving your order. Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current clinical guidelines and at the sole discretion of the prescribing clinician.
Prescription medications supplied by us are for your personal use only and must not be shared with any other person. You must inform us of all current medications and medical conditions to ensure your safety.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be taken upon submission of your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery is fulfilled via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruption or incorrect address information provided by the patient.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe location is designated. We cannot be held liable for medication left unattended at your request.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been generated and the medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in line with UK regulations governing prescription medicines.
If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days in an unopened and undamaged condition in accordance with UK consumer law.
The information provided through our service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or a specialist. Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone.
Always read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects or unexpected symptoms, stop use immediately and seek medical advice. In an emergency, dial 999.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our clinical services and will never be sold to third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
